Top-Cat is the trading name under which I work - as a sole trader. I'm Tim Henderson - a programmer & designer with (well) over 20 years commercial experience. I have designed, built, and fixed, many different types of software over the years. In doing so, I have accumulated the kind of 'craft knowledge' that goes with any trade, I can do great quality work, in very little time.
