I can offer the following ready-to-trade website package which is ideal for small and medium-sized retail operations. Using a simple and effective standard layout (just like this site, or officetrio) with a rectangular header graphic, left/right menu and center content area. Complex templates take longer to populate and fill, but we can use your own template, or design a completely new one for you - at minimal extra cost:

- Fully-managed hosting setup + domain name (First year FREE)
- (Up to) 15 dynamic pages setup: Home, Contact, Catalog + two more pages of your choice.
- Fully-Integrated Website Management System allowing complete access to your site's: Products, Categories, Users, Affiliates, Stats, Settings and more...*
- We will set-up up to 30 product categories for you (no ultimate limit).
- We will set-up a custom products import page so you can manage your list of products in your own system, and then export the list as a CSV. (You can also manage products etc. by using O3's admin pages.)
- Ready integration with PayPal (we can add your preferred ecommerce provider for between £90-£350)

* We use our own software: OfficeTrio to power your site's commerce. It can handle unlimited products, categories and users etc. When orders are processed, it adds the user to the database and sends your custom email messages (optional, with optional attachment) to customers automatically. You get full admin access to your installation of O3, and full access to your webhosting account should you need it. Your obligations:
In order to provide excellent value for money - we won't start work on your project until we have everything we need from you. This can be quite a big list - website content can be hard to create if you don't already have marketing materials...
We can amend your content for the web - i.e. 'optimise it', but we cannot write your content and/or sales copy for you - because we don't know your business like you do...
- You must provide all the site's text content in plain-text, or HTML format.
- You must provide all the site's image content in GIF or JPG format. This would mainly include product pictures (and also any other images you want on your site)
- You have to define the exact product categorisation you want to use (you can have any number of levels & categories) as a diagram in plain text, powerpoint, excel, or word format.
- You must provide a list of your products as a CSV - in a format we agree on.
- Hosting costs £50/year after the first year (for normal-traffic sites). Domain name is included.
